Cell Tower welding is a challenging niche. Over the last 4 years, we’ve continually invested in our technical knowledge, our certifications, our support services, and our equipment. Most of all, the team that we have built is easily one of the best in the industry. In a way, I feel like we’ve hit a plateau, and our new challenge is to maintain this successful team and continue the reputation we have built.
I also want to diversify and explore other specialty welding niches that could benefit from our approach. Our management teams technical education, and our field crews broad experience seem to be a perfect match. With this combo, we succeed in highly regulated (or highly managed), technically challenging construction & maintenance industries. Places where the employees need to not only know welding, and the welding requirements, but also be aware of their surroundings and have an ability to adapt.
